Superior EVOO obtained from hand-picked, cold pressed olives.
This EVOO is produced with 100% autochthonous olives: ‘Verdese’, ‘Moresca’, ‘Nocellara’ and ‘Tonda Iblea’ from the Monti Iblei region on Sicily overlooking the Mediterranean sea. This meticulous selection of olives results in a delicate and aromatic olive oil with a smooth green colour.
Excellent on meat or fish carpaccio. Perfect on salads to enhance the fresh vegetables’ notes, on bruschetta. Ideal raw in any dishes from the Mediterranean diet/cuisine.
